We are pleased to announce that the application for Municipal Scholarship Program is now open!

Qualifications:
1. Incoming First-year College Students (shall enroll only in any government College or University within the Province of Ilocos Sur)
2. Must be a resident of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur
3. Not a recipient of any other government scholarship

Documentary Requirements:
1. Report Card (Grade 12)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Recommendation Letter from the School Principal
4. Certificate of Indigency from Barangay and MSWDO
