On September 15, 2026, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz welcomed the Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC), the Civil Society Organization Service Provider of the Department of the Interior and nyo Local Government (DILG) Regional Office I, for the conduct of Third-Party Monitoring of an identified Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) project in the municipality.

The monitoring activity focused on validating the reported accomplishments and assessing the actual status of project implementation on the ground. It also provided an avenue to identify implementation concerns, document good practices, and determine areas where technical assistance or appropriate interventions may be needed.

The LGU Sta. Cruz remains committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and responsible implementation of government-funded projects, ensuring that these programs and projects translate into meaningful benefits for the people of Sta. Cruz.
