Spearheaded by Municipal Vice Mayor Atty. Virgilio J. Valle, the Local Government Unit of Sta. Cruz successfully facilitated the distribution of various agricultural and fisheries interventions from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

The assistance included livestock, motorized bancas, seedlings, agricultural machinery, e-trikes, solar-powered equipment, livelihood tools, and other community development resources aimed at supporting our farmers, fisherfolk, and local communities.

This initiative reflects the continuing partnership between the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur and LGU Sta. Cruz in promoting sustainable agriculture, fisheries development, livelihood opportunities, and community resilience.
