The Local Government Unit of Sta. Cruz, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, successfully conducted the Service Convergence for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs): An Outreach Program, delivering essential services, livelihood assistance, and healthcare support to the PWD community.
