The Municipal Government of Sta. Cruz, through Municipal Administrator, Engr. Angelica Marie C. Valle, participated in and observed the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack Incidents at Pascual Rivera Pimentel Memorial Academy (PRPMA).

The activity aimed to strengthen the preparedness and response capabilities of the school community by enhancing awareness, practicing emergency and evacuation protocols, and promoting effective coordination during critical incidents.

The drill was successfully conducted by the PRPMA in close coordination and collaboration with the Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station, Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). The participation of these agencies contributed to the effective implementation of the exercise, particularly in the areas of emergency response, security and public safety, evacuation procedures, and inter-agency coordination.
